We only collect, use, and/or disclose your information with your consent. Your consent may be implied from the circumstances or may be expressly given for a particular purpose. For example, when you submit your personal information to us, you are consenting to the collection, handling, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes identified or apparent at the time of collection as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
Enrollment Process: Enrollment in any credit repair plan requires completion of the 5-day onboarding process including: signing the Credit Repair Services Agreement, uploading required identity documents, completing notarization (Restore and Elevate), setting up SmartCredit® monitoring, and authorizing payment.
Admin / Enrollment Fee: Your first month's plan fee serves as the enrollment and administrative processing fee, collected on Day 5 of onboarding — after documents are verified, agreement is signed, and notarization is complete (where applicable).
Recurring Billing: Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month following the enrollment fee collection date. Quarterly and 6-month plans are prepaid at enrollment.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed electronically through your authorized payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize MBC to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Under the Oklahoma Credit Services Organization Act (Title 24 O.S. § 136), we may not charge or receive any payment before fully performing all services we have agreed to perform. Our billing structure complies with this requirement — dispute rounds are completed each cycle before the next billing period.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your account manager will notify you and your portal access and dispute services may be paused until payment is resolved. We will attempt to contact you by email and through your client portal.
Refund Policy: Monthly fees are non-refundable after the 5-business-day cancellation window has passed, except as required by applicable law. Quarterly and 6-month prepaid plans are non-refundable after the 5-day window.
By submitting personal information, you authorize Millennium Budget Consulting , as
well as our affiliated schools and partners, to contact you in accordance with all
applicable laws by phone, text messages, email, or mail regarding education options or
related topics. If you receive email communications from us, a school, or a third party, you may unsubscribe through an opt-out link in the email that will remove you from any
further mailings from that sender.
By utilizing, Millennium Budget Consulting you acknowledge and agree that the
automatic information collected on our website may be shared with schools, affiliated
companies, and third parties for the purpose of providing information about degrees, programs,
and other education-related products and services. Through this action, you grant us, our affiliates, and partners and vendors the right to contact you for
a period of time, and relinquish any rights granted to you by the Do Not Call list or other applicable law. Your submission serves as an omission to Do Not Call requirements established by state and federal governments and may exempt us from other applicable laws. We retain the right to release your personal information when required to do so by law. For example, we may do this to abide by a
subpoena or other legal procedure, when we believe it is necessary to preserve our rights, to ensure the safety of you or others, to explore alleged fraud, to reply to a government or legal request, and/or in the instance that Millennium Budget Consulting are merging, in the acquisition, or selling some or all
of its assets to a third party.
