Millennium Budget Consulting ("MBC," "we," "us," or "our") is a full-service financial education and credit repair firm headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We operate under the trade name MBC Financial Rescue and as a GSA Financial Literacy Foundation Company. MBC is licensed under the Oklahoma Credit Services Organization Act (Title 24 O.S. §§ 131–148) and operates in compliance with the Federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.).

Provide, operate, and improve our credit repair, financial education, and counseling services
Process enrollments, payments, and billing under your selected plan (Blueprint at $97/mo, Restore at $197/mo, or Elevate at $297/mo)
Dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on your credit reports on your behalf across all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
File CFPB complaints and prepare legal referral documentation where applicable
Communicate dispute status, progress reports, score updates, and account correspondence
Provide access to our client portal, MBC Academy (academy.millenniumbudget.com), MBC Money Hub (millenniumbudget.moretomoney.com), and community resources
Send educational content, challenge materials, and program-related communications
Comply with our legal obligations under the Oklahoma Credit Services Organization Act, the Federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, and other applicable law
Maintain dispute and client records as required by Oklahoma law (minimum 4 years per Title 24 O.S. § 142)
Respond to inquiries, support requests, and portal messages
Track referral and affiliate commission activity
Prevent fraud and protect the security of our platform and clients
By submitting personal information, you authorize Millennium Budget Consulting,
as well as our affiliated schools and partners, to contact you in accordance with all applicable
laws by phone, text messages, email, or mail regarding education options or related topics. If
you receive email communications from us, a school, or a third party, you may unsubscribe through an opt-out link in the email that will
remove you from any further mailings
from that sender.
By utilizing, Millennium Budget Consulting you acknowledge and agree that the
automatic information collected on our website may be shared with schools, affiliated companies,
and third parties for the purpose of providing information about degrees, programs, and other
education-related products and services. You also acknowledge and agree that we retain the right
to release any collected information, including personally identifiable information, to businesses
providing our company with administration services (such as an email delivery service). Through this
action, you grant us, our affiliates, and partners and vendors the right to contact you for a period
of time, and relinquish any rights granted to you by the Do Not Call list or other applicable law. Your
submission serves as an omission to Do Not Call requirements established by state and federal governments and may exempt us from other applicable laws.
We retain the right to release your personal information when required to do so by
law. For example, we may do this to abide by a subpoena or other legal procedure, when we
believe it is necessary to preserve our rights, to ensure the safety of you or others, to explore
alleged fraud, to reply to a government or legal request, and/or in the instance that
Millennium Budget Consulting are merging, in the acquisition, or selling some or
all of its assets to a third party.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Credit bureaus and data furnishers — to conduct dispute, investigation, and escalation activities on your behalf
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) — when filing complaints on your behalf as part of the dispute process
Legal referral partners — including LegalShield and local consumer rights attorneys, when FCRA violations are identified and a legal referral is appropriate, with your knowledge
Service providers — including DisputeProcess (our client portal platform), payment processors, and email service providers, who are contractually required to protect your information
SmartCredit® — as a required add-on for all active clients ($5.97 trial, then from $19.95/mo), your score and account data is governed by SmartCredit's own privacy policy
MBC Money Hub — financial data you connect to millenniumbudget.moretomoney.com is governed by that platform's privacy terms
NotaryFox — remote notarization service used for Power of Attorney documents required for Restore and Elevate plan clients
Affiliates and referral partners — only to the extent necessary to track and process referral commissions; client personal information is not disclosed to affiliates
Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, or to comply with our obligations under applicable state and federal regulations
Business successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to clients
As a licensed Credit Services Organization operating under the Oklahoma Credit Services Organization Act and the Federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, we handle consumer credit information with the highest level of care. Specifically:
We collect your Social Security Number and personal identifying information solely to perform credit repair services on your behalf
Credit report data is accessed and used only for the purpose of identifying and disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information
We maintain all client dispute records, bureau correspondence, CFPB complaint records, and creditor communications for a minimum of 4 years as required by Oklahoma law
We will never advise you to make false statements to any credit reporting agency or creditor, in compliance with 15 U.S.C. § 1679b(a)
Consumer financial information is protected under federal law including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable Oklahoma privacy statutes
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
Secure, encrypted client portal (DisputeProcess) for document upload and communication
Restricted access to personal and financial data on a need-to-know basis
Secure payment processing — we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems
Staff training on client data privacy and confidentiality
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies which govern their collection and use of your data. MBC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use through or in connection with our program.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide notice through our client portal or by email. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
